The artist standing by his creation.I walked up to the library yesterday, and I saw this guy tinkering with this on the lawn, so I went up and asked him what it was. He explained that it was kinetic art, designed to give you an immediate feeling about the energy gathered from the sun, since that is the only thing which powers the motor which turns the stuff inside. It is more immediate than static solar panels.
